# RiseUp Rules — Version 1.0

Current product version: July 28, 2026.

The rule version is assigned to a trading account at activation and applies to
that account without changes.

## Terms and Calculation Procedures

- **Starting balance** — the nominal account size at activation.
- **Closed balance** — the result of closed trades after fees.
The floating P&L of open positions is not included in the balance.
- **Current account value** — the balance including the current floating P&L
  of open positions.
- **Floating P&L** — unrealized profit or loss on open positions.
- **Account value used for risk checks** — the lower of the closed balance and
the current account value. This is the value compared against the daily and
  overall thresholds.
- **Daily loss limit** — a fixed buffer calculated as a percentage of the
starting balance and subtracted from the account equity recorded at the
start of the trading day. A new trading day begins at 00:00 UTC.
- **Fixed overall loss limit** — a threshold permanently tied to the starting
  balance.
- **Trailing overall loss limit** — a threshold that follows the highest
  recorded balance.
- **Highest recorded balance** — the highest balance reached after trades
have been closed. Floating profit does not increase it.
- **Execution notional** — the quantity of an executed trade multiplied by
  its execution price.
- **Funded account** — an account activated after the conditions of the
  selected program have been met.

A breach is recorded when the account value used for risk checks falls below
the applicable threshold. Being exactly at the threshold is not, in itself,
a breach.

## General Conditions

- Trading is available only in the crypto instruments in the current terminal:
  BTC/USDT, ETH/USDT and SOL/USDT.
- Manual trading is allowed, including scalping, news trading and holding
positions. There is no minimum position holding time.
- Expert advisors, bots, external trading APIs, copying other traders' trades,
quote latency arbitrage and exploiting platform errors are prohibited.
- There is no time limit for completing a program.
- A profitable day is recorded as soon as the closed-trade result for the
current UTC day first reaches 0.5% of the starting balance. A subsequent loss
does not undo the counted day; each UTC day can count no more than once,
and any excess does not carry over.
- The phase target is calculated from the balance only. Floating profit does
  not complete a phase.
- To complete a phase, both the profit target and the profitable-day
requirement must be met at the same time. The account must have no remaining
open positions or orders awaiting execution, including limit orders.
- Execution takes place in the RiseUp terminal at current bid and ask prices.
- The fee is 0.008% of the notional of each execution.

## Basic

- Two phases: a 5% profit target in the first and 8% in the second.
- Daily loss limit: 5% of the starting balance.
- Fixed overall loss limit: 10% of the starting balance.
- At least 3 profitable days in the first phase and 5 in the second.
- Leverage: 1x–10x

## Accelerated

- One phase with a 10% profit target
- Daily loss limit: 3% of the starting balance.
- Fixed overall loss limit: 6% of the starting balance.
- At least 3 profitable days.
- Leverage: 1x–10x

## Turbo

- There is no fixed profit target.
- The daily loss limit does not apply.
- Trailing overall loss limit: 6% of the starting balance, measured from the
  highest recorded balance.
- The highest recorded balance increases only after trades are closed.
Floating profit does not change it.
- At least 5 profitable days.
- Consistency rule: the best profitable day's result must not exceed 30% of
  total closed profit.
- A positive closed-trade result is required to request a payout. The account
must have no remaining open positions or orders awaiting execution,
  including limit orders.
- Leverage: 1x–10x

## Risk Limit Breach

If the daily or overall threshold is breached, the server records the event
in the log, cancels open limit orders, closes positions and blocks new orders
that increase risk. The threshold, reason and sequence of actions are
preserved in the account history.

## Profit Sharing and Payouts

- The trader's share is 80% of the closed-trade result; RiseUp's share is 20%
- The first payout request may be submitted 14 days after activation of the
  funded account.
- Payments are made in USDT via the TRC-20 and BEP-20 networks
- The request amount is calculated from the closed-trade result and the
  assigned trader share.

## Dispute Review

The RiseUp team conducts the review using the trading account log. The review
covers:

1. the account state snapshot at the time of the event;
2. the chronological log of orders, executions and risk changes;
3. the bid and ask prices used;
4. the recorded timestamps of quotes, orders and executions;
5. the rule version assigned to the account.

The response states the reason for the breach, the threshold applied and the
sequence of events. No independent external review is provided.
