Account recovery

What happens after a breach and how to start another attempt.

After a trading-limit breach

A breach is recorded in account state and history. New risk-increasing operations are blocked; positions are closed under the applicable rules using available quotes. A later return to the previous market price does not undo the event.

History and analytics remain available for review. Switching accounts does not transfer the breach, but it also does not move the old account's balance or profit.

Available next steps

SituationAction
You believe the breach is incorrectSend support the account, time and operation details for a record review
You want another practice runReset the selected demo to $10,000, ending the previous attempt
You want another purchased programChoose a separate program with its displayed terms and price
You lost your passwordUse sign-in recovery; it does not reset trading results

Regaining funded access

RiseUp does not provide automatic or paid restoration of a breached funded account with a selectable restored balance. There is no set restoration price or guarantee of retaining the previous phase. Do not transfer funds for restoration without confirmed RiseUp terms.

A dispute review and a new program purchase are separate processes. Investigating a possible error does not require you to buy another program yourself. Before another attempt, practice addressing the breach cause on a demo with the relevant rules.
