Sign-in, profile, Telegram and two-factor protection.

Signing in to RiseUp
Sign in with your account email and password. If you forget your password, use password recovery on the sign-in page and follow the instructions. Telegram sign-in is available when that method is displayed on the sign-in form.
To use an existing account through Telegram, link it in Account settings. You may need to sign in again to confirm the link. Check that the website and Mini App open the intended profile: creating a separate registration does not transfer accounts between profiles.
Name and email
You can edit the display name or nickname in your profile: 2 to 64 characters. Click Save and wait for confirmation. The name helps identify your profile but does not change your trading account IDs.
Your email is used for sign-in and displayed in your profile. Changing it yourself in the dashboard is not provided. For access problems or an incorrect address, email support from an address you control; do not send passwords or verification codes.
Two-factor protection
- Open security settings and start two-factor setup.
- Add the displayed QR code or key to an authenticator app.
- Confirm setup using a current code. Protection is not enabled until confirmation.
- Store backup codes separately from the authenticator device. They are needed if you lose authenticator access.
