Trading and breach review
How to review results using account history and report a disputed event to support.

Review in the dashboard
Select an account and open Analytics or History. Set the period first, then compare the total realized result with individual trades. Account for fees and each closed quantity: several partial exits can belong to the same original position.
Review which instruments and directions contributed gains and losses, how position size changed and how close equity came to the limits. A PnL card switches between the instrument's settlement currency (USDT for crypto, USD for Forex and metals) and percentage results; the percentage uses the relevant trade's margin rather than the full account size.
If a breach is recorded
Check the breach reason, threshold and time for the selected account. A chart candle does not contain all execution data: an exact review needs bid and ask quotes, risk-valuation prices, position state and the sequence of operations.
A later recovery in price or realized balance does not erase a recorded breach. If you believe the event is incorrect, do not try to reproduce it with another trade; send the details to support.
What to include in a request
The RiseUp team reviews the event log, account state, quotes and assigned rule version. The current dashboard does not provide automated AI reviews with personalized advice. Disputed operations are examined using factual records rather than a generated strategy assessment.
- Trading account number, program and phase.
- Instrument and trade or order identifier, if displayed.
- Event date and time with the time zone, plus expected and actual results.
- A screenshot as supporting evidence and a brief sequence of actions.
