Instrument availability

US30, US500, NAS100, GER40, NATGAS and MNT can be traded only when the account has the applicable terms and market access and a fresh executable quote is available. View only means that prices and charts are available but orders cannot be opened. US2000, EU50 and WTI remain view only.

Price and USD accounting

Index quantities use contract units, NATGAS uses MMBtu and MNT uses tokens. These are RiseUp perpetual contracts without physical delivery. GER40 prices and order levels remain in EUR. Notional, margin, fees and PnL are calculated in USD using confirmed EUR/USD. USD and USDT quotes use a 1:1 accounting convention. Quantity supports up to six decimal places; the minimum opening notional is $10.

For GER40, the EUR price difference is calculated first and then converted to USD. For example, 2 units moving from 20,000 to 20,100 at EUR/USD 1.10 produce $220 before costs. An EUR/USD move while the index price stays unchanged does not generate a gain or loss on the whole notional. If the conversion quote is not confirmed, the monetary estimate is unavailable.

Execution uses the actual bid/ask from our source. No additional fixed or dynamic spread markup is applied. RiseUp rules set fees, leverage, funding and session times.

PnL (USD) = Quantity × Native Price Difference × USD Conversion

Leverage and fees

Fees apply to every fill, including partial closes; maker and taker use the same rate. Maximum open notional is $300,000 for GER40 and $150,000 for NATGAS per side, per instrument, per account. Pending entry reservations count toward the limit. The other listed instruments have no separate cap of this type; account risk limits still apply.

Fixed funding

RiseUp funding for these instruments is charged to both longs and shorts. US30, US500, NAS100 and GER40: 0.025% on weekdays at 16:00 New York time; Friday is 0.075%, with no Saturday or Sunday charge. NATGAS: 0.025% every calendar day at 16:00 New York time. MNT: 0.015% every 8 hours at 00:00, 08:00 and 16:00 UTC. New York time follows daylight saving changes. These are RiseUp fixed terms, not the source exchange's variable rate.

The charge uses the quantity actually held and the specified minute candle before the settlement boundary; GER40 also requires the boundary's EUR/USD conversion. If required data is missing, settlement waits for confirmation and new entries pause. Funding is recorded separately from the closing trade's result.

Sessions and the weekly close

New entries require both an open RiseUp trading session and a fresh, open quote source. Before the Friday index close, trading switches to close only. For GER40, close-only mode and forced closing begin at 15:58 New York time, a RiseUp adjustment for source availability. Closing a position requires a current price: if the source is unavailable, the close remains pending rather than using an invented price. The terminal distinguishes a closed session or unavailable quote from view-only mode.
